The present prospectus is dedicated to the activity of the Company "Teploenergostroymontaj" from 1925 to 2000 Short Description of the activity of the Company "Teploenergostroymontaj" (former trust "Kavkazenergomontaj")

The trust "Kavkazenergomontaj" began its industrial activity in 1925 as the project-assembling department of the joint-stock company "Heat and Force" in Rostov on Don city. According to the plan of GOELRO the trust accepted immediate involvement on inputting of electrical units. Since 1932 electrical units are commissioned on HPP-1 named after Bayramzade and Hydro Electrical Station named after Krasin in Baku city, HPP in Tbilisi and Grozny city, Novorossisk and Astrakhan Hydro Electrical Stations, Krasnodar SRPS, HPP-1in Sumgait city and others.

The trust participated in adjustment of a Electric machinery on the Rostov factory "Rostelmash", in Stanlingrade Tractor factory, in Stanlingrade factory of "Barricade", in the car-repair factory of Orjonikidze city, at the enterprises of Baku, Gory, Georgiyevka, Astrakhan etc. During the Great Patriotic War the trust installed: 18 steam turbines with general power of 440000 Kilowatt, five electro trains by power of 5400 kilowatt, boiler in Tbilisi and Krasnovodsk cities, diesel power stations on Azerbaijan Oil-Industry, the fitters of the trust re-installed the electric power stations in Novorossisk, Krasnodar and Stalingrade cities from 1943 to 1945.

At each stage of progressing of a national economy of country the collective of trust successfully executed all problems, staked before it.

In a post-war period the trust perfected methods and know-how of installation works, raising the level their mechanizations.

In 1946-1947 years the trust has produced two maiden hoisting cranes for adjustment of boiler units owning to its forces. It has allowed for the first time to insert adjustment of boiler by large blocks on HPP-1 of Sumgait city. In further such G-Model hosting cranes were applied on building of SRPS in Novorossisk, Stalingrade, Astrakhan cities and HPP-2 in Krasnodar.

For supply of increasing problems of progressing of power engineering the trust was reconstructed. The building control, Boiler-mechanical factory, field of mechanization and transport, Welding lab, lease of start-up and adjustment, educational post, that has allowed trust deeply to study know-how of installation works for each plant, to stage centralized fabrication of boiler-auxiliary equipment and pipe lines, to construct new facilities of mechanization of operations, to decide finally the problems of adjustment calorific and atomic power plants are created in its composition. The held organizational measures allowed trust considerably to accumulate the productive capacities.

Implementation of the plan of contract operations increased more than in 10 times from 1945 to 1984. The annual input of powers has increased more than in 7 times and has compounded thousand kilowatt during 1979 - 932. During the activity the trust successfully worked on development of adjustment of a new technological utilities equipment and putting of forward methods of adjustment, perfected know-how of installation works with the purpose of minimum conservation of operations at the altitude. The service of welding has elaborated a new weld procedure of buffs of tubes with applying argon-arc methods. The trust has run in building of opened Thermo electric power stations: in 1960 the opened block "Shimal" on SRPS " put into exploiting and within 1962-1963 the first Thermoelectric power station in Soviet Union of open type the Ali-Bairamly SRPS (7 generating sets on 150 iao each) was put into operation.

Within 1963-1968 years 4 gas turbine aggregates are built on Neboy-Dagskoy SRPS - with 12 thousand kilowatt.

In 1970 the largest gas-turbine installation in Europe is opened on Krasnodar HPP which had the power of 100 thousand kilowatt, and in 1972 the unique steam-gaseous installation with the power of 200 thousand kilowatt on Nevinomisskiy SRPS - unique in USSR

The trust has deposited the large contribution in the solution of a problem of Desalting of seawater.

In 1958-1961 years two pilot plants on thermal softening of seawater in the SRPS "Shimal" were built.

In 1963-1966 years the first production plant on thermo chemical softening of seawater on was built in USSR on Krasnodar HPP, and in 1973 - five-stepping evaporation installation of desalting of seawater on straight-flow water schema.

The trust has appeared with the initiative in fabrication of prototypes and in further serial fabrication for own needs of welding transducers of a direct current by different update air-cooled, welding machine of "Azerbaijan" for welding not rotary tubes from carbonaceous both austenitic steels on thermal and atomic power stations.

The new progressive methods of adjustment are putting into operation. The construction is designed and manufactured inventory device for lifting and installation of stators of oscillators. Progressive know-how also is designed and the instrument set and gadget for all-up mechanization of operations on typing and preparing roller of capacitors is created.

In 1979 for the first time in practice of trust on building of a factory of domestic air conditioners in city of Baku, the adjustment on rails on sprockets in an enclosed building four completely built - on and setting water-heating boiler of mass more than 100 tones each was realized.

The trust was the pioneer of fast-track adjustments. Four blocks of power 150 Mvt each on Ali-Bairamly SRPS installed during 4, 8 and 3, 8 months against 6,6 months on normative.

The boiler unit (1000 t/hours) O is built during 6,4 months against 8,6 months under the specification on Stavropol SRPS.

The first three blocks by power 300 thousand kilowatt each ahead of schedule with completion of civil and erection works for 3,6 months prior to the fixed term.

Besides the trust accepted immediate involvement in supply of input of fresh power capacities on Volgograd HPP-3, Ivanovo HPP-2, Nizhnekamsk HPP, Ryazan, Syr-Darya SRPS, Kursk Atomic Electric power Station, Kostroma SRPS, Lipetsk HPP, Tchernoble, Southern Ukraine, Zaporozhye, Balakovski Atomic Electric power Stations and other. After disintegration of SSSR, the State Allied trust "Kavkazenergomontaj" on adjustment of a utilities equipment for atomic and thermal power stations, was transmit in composition of State Concern "Azerenergostroymontaj" and renamed in trust "Azerteploenergomontaj". For this period the trust kept to execute operations on adjustment of generating sets N 8 and 9 on Azerbaijan SRPS, each by power till 300 thousand kilowatt, and also conducted reconstruction of a generating set N 1 and repair works on generating sets 1-7.

Executing turnover jobs of machinery on: the Sumgait HPP-1 and HPP-2 HPP-1 named after Bayramzade, HPP-2 (MBNZ), the Ali-Bairamly SRPS, the SRPS "Shimal".

The operation on adjustment of heavy oils reservoirs were ordered
